timesheet import not appearing in timesheet screen

Hi Gurus 

 

I'm having trouble importing timesheets from a tab-delimited txt file. 

 

The data imports successfully but the hours dont appear in the timesheet screen. 

 

Using Accountright Premier v19.

 

I've tried different dates without successful. At one stage i was importing i date only on a 2 line import. For example i had 2 lines dated 5/5/2014 & 6/5/2014 but only the hours for the 5th was importing.

 

I changed the dates to the prior week and now no hours are appearing after a successful import. Has anyone come across this. I've attached a sample file and I've attached the MYOBPLOG.txt as proof.

Data Invalid Error

Hi!

I am experiencing the exact same issue as occurred in 2013 (rollover 2012 to 2013).  When I rollover from 2013 financial year to new Financial year and then enter a transaction the message: Error DataInvalid appears.  I am using Account Right Plus Version 2012.10.14.7949.  When I try to upgrade my file the following message occurs also:  The Software Manager does not recognize this product.  Please contact your software vendor for updates to this product.  Error 13000: Product Not Registered with the Software Manager.  Very frustrating.

Please assist.

I cant create a company file online

I am trialling Account Right Live and am trying to set up a company file online - I dont have a serial number, and therefore the set up pages are not allowing me to proceed - it just keeps returning me to the page where the serial number is input.

I thought a trial facility should disregard this.

Is there another way I can set up a file online to trial ?

Hi @Deno_97

 

However upgrading a file with an existing error will unfortunately not remove the error / corruption from the file. Therefore could you please upgrade a pre rollover copy of your file to the version mentioned by  and then rollover the file from 2013 to 2014.

if reverting to a pre rollover file is not a viable option for you, the file can be sent in fto MYOB or possible repair.For information see MYOB data file repair services

Youlcan ogin into myMYOB to find your serial number for a trial and there is useful information on the email you receive after downloading the trial

Hi ,

 

I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you are experiencing with printing to your Epson printer. 

 

As  pointed out we have found that there are issues with printing from AccountRight to some Epson printers.

 

The cause of this is due to compatibility issues of these printers with the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5. 

 

While I understand it is not an ideal solution, please continue to send reports to PDF and then print, until the issue is resolved.

Hey 

Transaction 5:      10 June 2013       Bank cheques received to date.

 

I am new to MYOB so bare with me guys.

 

I want to do the top transaction do I go to recive payments too do it or what.

 

Where would I have to go to do the transaction any help apriciated. 

 

If any one can do my assignment by tomorow please mesage it is a cert 4 accounting subject - will pay.

Sent emails still appearing in Out box

Hi all, I am currently using Account Right Permier V19.9 and Microsoft Outlook 2010. When sending emails via MYOB, my emails are still appearing in my outbox even though they have been sent. Any ideas? Thanks, Tracey

Hi  thank you for your enquiry and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

 

There isn't an option to automatically print off the invoices with reminder letters but you can certainly bulk print invoices for a Customer. To do this please just select "Sales->Print/Email Invoices" and press the "Advanced FIlters" button, on this page you can select what Customer(s) you want to view Invoices for and you can untick "Unprinted or Unsent Sales Only" so that you can see the ones that you have already sent to your Customers. Once you select OK, to close out of this window you will be able to view the Sales for the selected Customer, just tick off the ones that you want and hit print.

electronic payments

I have recently upgraded from V19 to AccountRight and now find I am unable to make electronic payments from the account I need to. (I was able to before the upgrade).

 

All the other banks accounts are on the list but the one required.  It is there when I look at a full accounts list or do my bank rec.

 

Please help.

Thanks Nic for your quick response. We will consider the options and go from there. It's good to know we can do it as we may need to clean the Cards for Customers and Suppliers in future.

Hi Jason,

 

I have already gone through the questions and it didn't help.

 

My issue is that it is STILL appearing in the outbox after it has been sent, not that it is not appearing at all.

Can I have AccountRight Plus 19.9 and AccountRight 2014 installed on the same PC?

Hello,

 

I'm looking at installing AccountRight 2014 on my PC, but just to have a play with Clearwater to begin with. If all ok, I will then need to get IT to install it on the server. (or something :-)). I thought I would try Clearwater first just to make sure it works on our system first.

 

Can I run both 19.9 and 2014 on the same PC? I have several company files that I use, but the plan is to only upgrade one of them to 2014 and continue using 19.9 for the rest.

 

I don't want to install 2014 if it does something to 19.9.

There's no problem with running both the classic and new AccountRight software on the same PC.

 

We have a range of support notes about moving to the new AccountRight. This should provide some assistance - Installing and upgrading to the new AccountRight
