I see from your account that you do have access to the appropriate account with your my.MYOB account. You can access the developer section by selecting your developer account name and Client ID ( Farxx Bxx) in the top right - once logged in. From within there you can select the Developer tab as per:

i. Would you mind if you can tell me what the accounts started with "8" are - whether they are asset accounts, liabilities accounts in Balance Sheet or income accounts or expenses accounts in P&L or they are off-balance sheet items?

The 8- accounts are "Other income" they appear on the same side of the P&L as the 4- accounts.
I personally don't use them, but some businesses do.. they use the 4- accounts for sales income and the 8- accounts for income from say dividends, bank interest etc.
It's a similar situation for the 9- accounts "Other Expense" they appear on the same side of the P&L as the 6- accounts.

Again, I don't use them, some businesses do.. using the 6- accounts for every day expenses and the 9- accounts for interest expense etc
it'd be worth checking with your accountant what they would prefer for your situation.

Yes you can. you can fully customise the reports in MYOB, add your business logo etc.

From my understanding (and welcome other members in the MYOB Community that would like to indicate further) that the item images are now part of the myox file. Therefore they don't have a specific location for them.
If you are unable to see those item images in the Item Details tab it would mean that the item image hasn't been uploaded correctly. To upload that image go to the Item Detail's tab of the relevant item (Lists>>Items>>select the item if you are on AccountRight Basics) and select the image icon (boxes with "Click on picture area to add the picture". You will then be greeted with a Windows Explorer box to navigate to the item. Once that has been selected you can select Ok to save that image for the item's card.

I am new to MYOB inventory and am having an issue with my stock levels. On the profile page it says I have 8 available but the history of buying and selling says I only have 3. Can you help me and advise what I am doing wrong to get two different figures.

1) Is there a way to setup so that I can Email and Print an invoice when I record that invoice?
2) I need to setup a few different email accounts through MYOB so that I can have responses for differenet departments coming to the correct contact person.
the "reply-to" email address - if we could have a drop down box when sending the email to switch between users.
I think Xero "reply-to email" is native to the user who logs in

We have been using MYOB for sometime now, have had multiple users changed over time, and someone mucked up the data.
we would like to start fresh, by deactivating all the company files associated with our serial number. We have done a backup of the existing data.

We have Accountright Premier v19.9. I go to send an email to a client or supplier and can't make the email any longer than 3 lines, although there is plenty of space in the 'window'. I've searched around in forms and preferences and can't seem to find anything to help me modify this feature. I did search through the topics on the forum and couldn't find someone with a similar problem. I'm unsure if its a MYOB or Outlook problem

I have been suffering from Recurring Transactions being Duplicated for nearly 9 months.
In the past this has been a severe problem due to the "Data Invalid Error" that means I can't delete the duplicate tranasactions which then means I have to send my data file off the the techs at MYOB.
I had this problem fixed last month.
This month I am having the duplications hapopening again - I'm not getting nthe "data invalid" error and I can delete the transactions, but I should not have to do this.
3 recurring transactions from 3 today have been duplicated.
Please fix this problem!!

I tried to check out file, however it appeared to stall and did not download successfully to my laptop. I tried again then to check in, but it simply won't complete. I can not get application to open successfully
